This year's 'Challenge the Best' conference passed successfully and everyone can look back at four exciting days full of interesting insights, engaging discussions and true challenges concerning "The Future of Work". We thank our student participants who immersed into the topic with great passion and tried to find lasting solutions in the preparation seminar and workshops. On Monday, the day of the panel debate, they were therefore well prepared to challenge our honoured guests on stage. This year the students had the opportunity to press a buzzer in order to call for a challenge if they didn't agree with the view of one of our experts. With this new concept everyone experienced a very dynamic and lively discussion. At this point we also thank our guests Dr. Nicola Fielder, Koos Richelle, Tomáš Sedláček and Daniel Straub for their contribution to the conference. Their expertise and experience enriched this year's intergenerational dialogue to a great extent. We are convinced that 'Challenge the Best' 2013 raised awareness for one of the most pressing issues of our time and therefore made a contribution to tackle the challenges of tomorrow. We once again thank everyone who supported us in the realisation of this project.
